Exterior Elevations

Our field surveyors collect all the necessary information to accurately produce one or all elevations of a building from both the inside of the structure and the exterior of the building.  With our proven measurement techniques we are able to produce high quality Exterior Elevations including heights and intricate detail.  These plans can be used to apply for building permits and to ensure compliance with Austin's "McMansion Rule" regarding the height of new construction. They have also been used in historic renovations and reconstruction to achieve an authentic replica as needed.  Not only are our field surveyors excellent data collectors and photographers, but our dedicated CADD team also enjoys the detail and artistry of developing the plans.  The results are sometimes nothing short of beautiful and amazing as well as useful!
